I know I have the box somewhere in the garage... lol Does anybody know if it would still work, or do you have to buy/download the other expansions too? I just want to play the original Everquest zones just for fun.

It should still work on it's own. Be forewarned, there are a good number of changes to old zones that one might not immediately expect.
