Despite the bad reviews, this game pretty much devoured my entire 3 day weekend. Super Mario World on acid.
Definitely worth a look if you enjoy exploration type platformers. I give it a solid 8/10.

Is this a continuation of the American McGee's "line"? I remember enjoying parts of the first one.

Yeah. Alice 2. The original had some great level design and art but this is a much better game overall.
