On a Surface Pro 3 you're limited to whatever an Intel HD Graphics 5000 can handle. I've played Street Fighter IV on it but I haven't tried much else. Ran pretty good. For all intensive purposes, it is a laptop, just with the form factor of a tablet. It's more of a laptop than a Chrome book or any of those tiny ones that are Macbook Air equivalents.
