It's probably more balanced out now but, it used to be hugely disproportionate content-wise.

Horde side felt "half done" throughout the progression of leveling.

If I ever played WoW..I would want to be evil. IS that what Horde is? Evil races?

Ya...I would.

hmm well I don't klnow then. If I can't be evil..then fuck it.

warcraft 3 is much funner anyway...at least my minions actually listen instead of dicking around organizing their bags or chatting with the latest cyberslut

I could be done with online gaming.

Horde isn't evil. Horde is like the free thinking liberals and alliance is like the fear mongering imperialist republicans.

Correct.

Dont mean to pinch nerves here, since apparently Im crying, but some classes make a huge difference.

Id post a huge drawn out number crunch on how 4 paladins do more for the raid, and how it would need 8+ shamans to 1/2 of what they could. I will say though once horde gets paladin, I think the PVE edge will tip due to tauren now being a semi better tank, esp with orcs racial being nerfed a bit.

Guild has recently done some rebuilding so were going back through MC with alts and shit, and oh how I miss fear ward for the lazy ass tanks who dont want to stance dance.

If your referring to AV, for Pvp, and horde is winning, you have some shitty ass alliance players. We have people in our BG group now, dont even cap FW anymore, they just send 40 ppl strong back to our relief hut and take it in 5 minutes. I mean who the fuck designed AV....

Horde is as close to evil as you can get Garg :) Atleast theres ogres, undead, trolls, and cow people...

I've never played an alliance character, but my friends that do have alliance alts all tell me theres like hundreds of more quest for them, and the quests are more thought out at that.

And, AV has been nerfed so many times its no longer fun. It's not even PVP anymore, its a PVE race to the opposing factions boss mob. They were awesome when they were still 15 hour epic battles that you stayed in to see who wins just out of principle.

I've played horde to 58, I saw pretty much as many quests for them as for alliance. They tend to get better rewards too.

The 'horde side is less developed' thing is a myth from beta, when they WERE unfinshed etc etc. Right now nothing could be further from the case.

Horde (at least while leveling) have a MUCH better flight point network and zepp placement beats crap out of boat placement.

Raiding wise, well, yes. Pallys > shaman. /comfort

Now that's true but the game was live for about a year and a half before they added the extra horde FP to balance it out.

I leveled a druid to 60 on Horde and had an easier time and more fun in the process than when leveling my rogue to 60 on Alliance. /shrug

Thats because druids are EZ mode OMG!

-Adam

ps. try leveling up a warrior on both sides. I'd imagine that horde warriors have it easier to be quite honest.

Undead warriors rock on downtime...Cannablism + most humanoids earlier on for horde side(least undead) which rocks for bandages/pure cash drops.

Hell an undead lock is quite a ez lvl up, grinding on humanoids.

I'm a relative newbie to WoW and have effortlessly leveled my undead shadow priest to 42 so far while playing VERY casually (though I'm usually rested which makes xp incredible when I do play). I've mostly solo-quested, but I've done a fair number of elite quests and instance runs with PUGs. I like the undead quests I've done, though I'm having a good time in Stranglethorn now.

As I understand it, both of them have pretty much the same raid role as the paladin: Healbot, with occasional slight modifications. Druids, you get to ennervate people. Shamen, you drop totems as they expire. Paladins, we cleanse a lot.

That's pretty much it...

I'd drop my rogue in an instant and never look back if I could play a feral druid in a raiding guild.

Since we've backed out of nax(only downed anub so far), due to the expansion coming out and not wanting to spend 50+ gold a night on repair bills, we've let a majority of the guild respec. We still run the lower dungeons, although not as efficently.

Have some feral druids who tank, and actually tank better then some warriors.
Had 3 shadow priest + shaman in MT group on onyxia, and didnt even need to throw out heals with all the Vampiric embrace going around.
