CORRECT! :hiphop:

A women who strangled her one-day-old daughter to death while still in hospital and insisted for four days that she had died a natural death, confessed to her crime today.

She added that her family had gone broke paying her medical bills during pregnancy and even had to sell its agricultural land and cattle.

Holy shit. I wish my mortgage was 1,113 a month. I don't think I could get a single wide here for that much.

2 Bedroom 2 Bath - it aint that impressive, 2 Pools on the property, tennis court, and a lil 2 Treadmil / dumbbells fitness center. So it's decent, mall is like 5 minutes down the main stretch, and the beach is 10 minutes to our east. Want-2-Buy?!?

Yeah, but he's in his early 20s, I'd guess. Most people in their early 20s don't have a big mortgage, like us geezers. At 25 I paid 1100/mo for a killer flat and I thought that was big bucks..

I can't wait to be a "geezer" - In any event though, I would keep at the 1100 mortgage rates - as for now this gives me great insight and perspective when it comes to the ideals of " moving up " if the 2 b/b is good enuff for me now, im going to stick to it till I roll over and die - however, in the interim when pushing those investments towards the 1M principal -- I will go traveling around teh world living off of the dividends. Meanwhile. . . . college is my best friend and well, gaming.. oh how I loved you so. ..

Really needs to produce something with the "unf"

Steer away from graphics just a tad and build a " game "

Reynaldo wrote a peice about " erasing our memories " and such - as I understand where he is going with that. However, I don't believe even games of today meet the standard, even to teh new generation of MMORPG players coming up.

Some examples.

Vanguard, EQ2 - ... " trash " how could they even contend =/ ....

What the real problem is, is the quality is suffering due to the quick dollar a company can make thru purchasing and subscribers.

If these MMORPG "creators" or whomever really makes the whole plan float, could get away from that "deadline" or "quick cash" ideal -- Though could really produce something for the gratification of serving the intrinsic, and not that of extrinsic reward.

True art and work is built from within, not out

Jeesus, I just bought a house, paying 1500 a month. Going to fix it up a little, paint some of the walls, redesign the garage and then resell it though. Need to get out of norcal. That's a couple years away, though.

Ours is right at 1000 for 3/2/2 on a good sized lot.
It's Texas, and they need to keep things cheap for people to stay.

My friend just bought a house in TX with his wife and soon a child. He wants me to move down there.

I don't think I'd like TX anyways.

Our mortgage for this house is $1500 paid between my roommate, my brother, and I.

$1880 for mine. 1,500 sq ft ranch on .25 acre. And we dropped about 60,000 on the new kitchen, new bathroom, new paint, hw floors in the kitchen and the rest of the hw floors refinished.

Fixed rate interest only 15 year balloon ftw.

Mortgage is under $450 a month (includes property taxes + insurance). I've dumped put ~$20k cash into it so far, plan on refinancing for a major addition in the next year or two & then I'll sell the place.

In the meantime, I'm renting it for $750 a month.

3 br 1.5 bath, half acre on a river(faces south onto the water), 24x24 unattached garage & 10x20 storage shed, ~1800 sq ft not including sunroom or enclosed front porch.

Estate sales in the middle of the winter ftw.

So where do your parents fit in to the "roommate" situation? I don't get it...

In one conversation you are paying "rent" to your parents but will get the money back after a refi and now you are saying you live in a rented house with "roommates". There's bullshit somewhere.
