OMG we started BRD last night!

OUTLANDS BABY!

I've been very impressed with the Outland so far. All of the quests are organized so well and the pvp is way to much fun. We finally finished up all of hellfire and the 4 of us can stand our own against a fully decked out 70! lol

We're all 70 now. Just got my 5k mount the other night. Working on the blacksmithing weapon. We won 2 of our 10 arena games~~ lol

Wooot! Got my http://www.wowwiki.com/Thunder last night. Can't wait to upgrade it to stage 2.

So glad they made blacksmithing worth while. When that thing gets a 4 second stun proc at tier 2 it'll rape! Sooooo much fun.

Yeah, Arena is largely about how much resilience you have. Otherwise people with high crit ratings will just destroy you. Your only real option is to do lots of BGs for honor, and pick up some of the season 2 gear, which will get you by enough to at least not get totally raped, while you do arenas to get S3 and potentially S4 stuff. You will never be competitive in the arena without actual PVP gear, though. Even people with full T6/Sunwell stuff swap to PVP gear for the arena now, resilience is just that important.

Oh, one of THE most important things to get: the faction trinket with the 2min cooldown that breaks you out of fear/mez/etc. Should be your very first purchase with honor if you haven't gotten it yet.

So our 5v5 is down to 1403 rating lol. But! I created a 2v2 ret pal ms war and we went 23-12!

Thinking we can lose 5v5 for weekly points and get our rating to 1550 for those brutal legs.

lol double dps 2v2 and one of em isnt a rogue? goodluck brother. with ret you want to stick to 3v3 or better yet 5v5, just run with better players. 2v2 (dps/druid) and 3v3 (rog/mage/healer) are kinda cookie cutter ez-winmode, 5v5 you can mix it up and still do well.

as a lock, i got really bored with arenas. my last team was 2v2 with an enhancement shaman... that was actually alot of fun, we lost more than we won but it was still fun :D i havent played serious arenas since season 2 though.
