When I am cycling, it is like clockwork, every 28 days. My cycle was only 21 days this month. Is this something serious I should be concerned about? Please let me know. The only thing I can think of is that I haven't smoked in about 6 months or so, I watch my sugar, carb, and fat intake, and I work out regularly. I don't drink often, but if I do, its a Bud Light or a Michelob Ultra.

Most likely nothing to worry about - lots of things can affect the cycle, especially as we get older.
However, if you have ALWAYS been like clockwork, and this has never deviated (minus the pregnancies with the 2 kiddos), I would go see your OB and have him/her check to be sure. It may be nothing, but it's always better to be safe than sorry, yanno?

Exercise can mess up your cycle. But, yeah, go get it checked out.
