yoga classes

Postby Tae-Bo » Sun Jul 15, 2007 3:20 pm

ok im gonna sign up for some hardcore yoga cus i cant do anything too competitive cus my shoulder will probably fall off. i want to know waht the most crazy, intense, athletic style of yoga there is. i will be using it as my main form of conditioning for the next few months. there's a bikram yoga place just down the street, i dunno if it caters to old women though or what. i want the crazy shit. the "dank" if you will. so who wants to give me the low down. thanks

the hardest yoga class at my gym is hot power vinyasa. it's taught by some crazy man-voiced lesbian and it was really hard for me . . . but i'm not flexible AT ALL, so maybe it's really easy for the average person. just throwin' in my two cents ^^

I love yoga! We have some guys that play soccer in mine and to say their flexiblity is nill would be an understatement but they try hard and really enjoy it. It's more of a workout then I first expected. I come home and show ven the poses and he can't believe the strength involved in some of them either.
I believe in dragons, good men, and other fantasy creatures
