the only supplements i ever trusted to work are:
multi-vitamins
protein powder
creatine
omega 3-6-9 fatty acids
ephedra
and steroids, of course, but i haven't used those
imo, and of course this is just my opinion, most people would get the most benefit out of just taking a multi-vitamin, fish oil or whatever fatty acid combo you want, protein powder, and maybe creatine, if you really feel like it. i just think most supplements are over-hyped.
Chances are very good that you've never touched Linux a day in your pathetic life.
