Just a tip if any of you suffer from neck and/or shoulder pain from work, working out, whatev...roll up a towel and put it just under your pillow. It cradles your neck perfectly while your head can still rest on the pillow. Also, it still works even if you turn onto your side!! It keeps your jaw from dropping too much as well, which causes tension and pain in the TMJ (jaw joint) and facial muscles. I've been sleeping so much better and feeling great through my neck and shoulders since doing this.
