I guess I meant, how do I sweeten my coffee and tea without putting tons of sugar in it.
I've heard bad things about every sugar substitute, so perhaps you have some insight.

http://www.stevia.net/

Stevia if you are really going for healthy sweetener. I lvoe the stuff, thoug hthe liquid form is a bit too sweet for me. You can get it at numerouse places, gnc / safeway / whole foods / trader Joe's/ I have seen a few giant super markets with it.. Slightly more expensive than lets say splenda.

Funny that you mention this because it's a decision I had to make a couple weeks ago. In trying to cut as many sugar / fat corners as possible, I realized the best thing to do as far as coffee and tea go is to drink it black.

I'll be the first to admit that it's bitter at first, however I got use to it in about a week. Now it's no problem at all.

Everyone should be eating totally organic food btw ~

Help me out here Mop.

Organic food is 100 x better than normal foods the price is so worth it. Stevia is the shit and a wonderful start to healthy eating for alot of people

I don't mind black coffee, but I'd like something in it...what about no sugar, but 1% milk or something...
