The people from the 20 states who petitioned to secede did so out of LOVE for America, and hate to see the direction it's going. These are not nutjob racists, bigots, and homophobes. These are hard-working Americans tired of our constitution being stomped on, and having obummer's socialist agenda being crammed down our throats, and being taxed to death. "Backwoods hateful fucks..." You're a real piece of work.

Oh. I guess I missed that lesson growing up that if you love something and don't like what's happening to it, the best route is to give up and abandon it. As an aside, I wanted to post this meme I saw that was in response to the self-important whining on Fox news when Romney lost. You know, where they were decrying the fact that America is no longer as completely whites-dominated, where Bill Orally was complaining about minorities, etc...

what IS in texas's annexation contract is that TX has the right to split itself into as many as five individual states - and it requires no outside permission to do so, just an act of its state legislature

raises all sorts of interesting scenarios



of course my opinion is that any dickhead petitioning for secession should have their citizenship stripped and they should be booted out of the country, but that's just me
