How do you cook your shrimp?

Got back a few days ago, I have bags full of jumbo shrimp from the coast.

I have two shrimp recipes. One is for grilling and one is for a pasta with mushrooms, red peppers and green onions.

How do you cook your shrimp?

I don't have any "real" recipes but I'd go for a shrimp scampie. Pretty much boil them in garlic butter.

Go the cold route, quick grilling or cooking of whatever method you like, chill them on ice, break out the cocktail sauce, boom shrimp cocktail .

I personal don't care for shrimp with any type of pasta, I think the shrimp taste gets lost.

I have never cooked shrimp. but my brother does sometimes and he boils it with some sausage, corn, onions and potatoes. it's called Lowcountry Boil. you can put whatever you want in it.

at work we do this scampi recipe where you start cooking in some oil and minced garlic and mushrooms. flip the shrimp, pour in white wine of your liking, always add lemon juice, put some capers in it and cook it through. then at the end you cut off however much butter you need depending on how many people, roll it in flour and drop it in the skillet and that'll make a thin sauce out of all the other juices. it's pretty good stuff and you can serve it over linguine or something like that

you can always roll them in flour, put them in egg, put them in tempura and deep fry them too.

and don't forget to clean the sand out of the back

My friend just showed me a new recipe that owns. He basically put a hotwing sauce and a touch of ranch and mixed it. He then placed aluminum foil on the grill with the shrimp covered. Came out very hot and good.

Kinda nice if you're looking for something other than the usual butter taste.
