Out of the ones you listed, provoke is all you're going to find. Ala and Lucy are wrong, the others are not live and can only be found on test. Unless they are being added in tomorrow's patch.

The flame is sucking, but I love the smilie selection.

It's a very nice epic, but I think it's the combo of the great ratio with the haste and atk, not the haste and atk alone. Rangers and rogues at least get 40 percent haste and atk bonus with epic. I'm not sure about other melee classes.
