I thought a stroke was a blood clot, I think high blood pressure causes aneurisms. Could be wrong though. . .And almost positive I spelled that wrong.

I went to the doc today and my BP was 128/81
They said they weren't stress related because I don't have pain in my neck or the base of my skull, they weren't vision related because they checked my vision, and since my BP was fine today and I have a headache they thought I could rule out BP issues ...

I really don't eat that many salty foods and I usually eat pretty healthy.
I plan on going to the doc tomorrow if he can fit me in the schedule. Both parents and two of my grandparents are on medication for high blood pressure, so I always assumed I would get it at some point, I just never imagined ...

High Blood Pressure

I checked mine twice today, and it was around 160/75 both times.
So I know mine is high, but at what point do you head to the emergency room?
I've been having horrible headaches very regularly for the last year or so, like 3-4 times a week or more, and I think I've finally pinned down the cause ...

Holy shit, do movies cost $15 in other parts of the country?

And I've seen 10ish movies in the last 3-4 months, and someone brought out a cell phone in just 1. :dunno:

Maybe people in Oklahoma have more respect.
Or maybe they're just ignorant rednecks without cellphones.
I guess we'll never know.

Well of course.

And by the way, that rate is with no tickets, no wrecks, defensive driving class discount, and good grades discount. The car isn't even fast =/

If you go to court and opt for community service/defensive driving you pay a court cost (like $35 here), but if you decide to challenge the ticket and lose, you pay court costs twice, plus the ticket. Oh, and the ticket goes on your record.

Take the community service, take the class, and get the ...

I planned on contesting a ticket I got for running a stop sign I didn't actually run. There was a 3-foot concrete retaining wall extending 75feet in the direction the cop was coming from, and he said I didn't make a complete stop. I drove the exact route he did several times and you can't even see ...

I think in a lot of cases it is more the women forcing the men to become fathers. Sex requires two people, and the decision to abort a baby should come from both people, who participated equally. We all know that men won't ever have the chance to make a decision regarding abortion, therefore they ...

We had a cat get stuck in the dryer for over 10 minutes. My brother left the door open and the cat jumped in with a load of warm towels. Brother closed the door, went and took a shower, came out and heard a "thud, thud, thud". Cat was really close to being dead, but it pulled through.

Then it got ...

The truth is, public schools are rolling in money. If you divide the U.S. Department of Education's figure for total spending on K-12 education by the department's count of K-12 students, it works out to about $10,000 per student.

Think about that! For a class of 25 kids, that's $250,000 per ...
