Can you even run a Mile ROFL...Not to mention 17 sprints up and down a basketball court in 1 min.doing that 3 times then Jumping on about 3 foot boxes back and forth for a min as many as you can do..I reached 35..you probably won't get past 15

Then in football doing 16 60 yard sprints(Just alittle taste of what we do being 6-A state Champs and Me starting as Wide reciever)

From my house to Fort Phoenix and back is approximately 7 miles. I can do it in under an hour I believe. Never really timed it, but Im fairly sure I was averaging under a 10 minute mile. (not amazing, but good for my weight non-stop jogging)
