Let's say that someone quit EQ one week before PoP came out, and has been charged 12.95 per month since then for an account that said person has no knowledge about.

If this account has not been logged in since then, will SOE be able to check logs and be able to tell when the account was last used, and will I also be able to get a refund????????????????????????

If you explain to them what happened I'm sure they will give your money back. The logs will show the inactivity of the account.

No.

Its your own responsiblity to ensure you aren't being charged, and they most certainly will not do more than refund one months payment.

That said, how in the fuck does someone NOT know they are being charged, or are you trying to find a better way of getting money, and Mom isn't putting out for you?

i just found out it was on my friends account and he's been playing it for a long time so he gets free everquest and i get nothing oops

also i never did anything because i didnt really care
