Master Strikes

Postby Adivina » Fri Apr 22, 2005 6:26 am

Alrighty....so my first favored enemy was obvious.... gnoll because of my home city. But today... omg ghost zombie or skeleton? Do you use your lower master strikes when you are higher levels? Or should I just pick an enemy I see around a lot now? AHHHHH What strike?lol

Zombies are a lot more prevelant than you'd think, ghosts at that level are more commonly found in Commonlands, skellie is good for Stormhold.

skellie or zombie :)

IMO you get more bang for your buck out of zombie...but the argument is equally valid for skellie

Lots of skellies in RoV and CoD which are among the toughest zones in the game so far. I would go with Skellie myself.

No, the Master spells you get for specific mobs, gnoll, orcs, giants, skellies, etc...

Right, I just figured that out lol.

Why wouldn't master strikes still be effective post level 30 if used in conjunction with heroic opportunities?

I made 31 in a week or so. I keep meaning to play, but no regular group keeps me from doing it.

I'm beginning to consider MMO retirement because people are either anal lifers who need to play 80 hours a week, or play twice a month.

I bounce around so many games it's semi-funny.

I play (in one form or another, privately owned server or retail)

WoW, EQ, Lineage 2, HL mods, RO

I don't play one or the other for more than a few hours here and there...but it seems to be good to have a wide choice if I feel like playing one.

The problem is the endgame of all those requires a 'guild' and routine teamwork.

WOW raiding in Molten Core requires a guild

Planes of Power and Dragons of Norrath requires a guild.

Lineage 2 sieges requires a guild.

I have no clue what RO is, but it probably requires a freakin guild.

My problem is I want to play a few nights a week. I can do this in SWG and Planetside. I cannot do this in any Fantasy MMO right now at endgame.
