Avatar rules

Sig files are covered by the rules, however avatars are not.

People are using larger and larger avatars, many of which are plain out hideous to look at, which in turn makes posts start to look like a 12 year old's geocities page with all the huge flashing animated gifs.

Take some time, review your policies and get rid of the huge ones hosted internally or something please.
