Hard Drive Problem

Postby kaharthemad » Wed Jan 04, 2006 9:46 am

Ok got a emergency here.

About a week ago a customer dropped off his laptop hard drive for a data recovery.

I tested the system and found his data intact but the circuit board itself is what i damged. I managed to get most of the data off the drive before the board smoked but not all of it. I am still missing four files that he desperately needs. Te model number of the laptop drive is ST94019A Seagate. If you get a chance and have time all you techies out there...look around and see if you have one of these. I dont care if the platters are bad as I only need the circuit board. This is a last shot at this before the guy goes and blows 7k worth of money on a new software program. Im willing to pay you for the board as well as shipping and handling but I need this board and fast.

Thanks
