Renaming a Virtual Server on Ubuntu?

Say I have a virtual server hosted on Ubuntu 9.* at IP 10.1.1.10 named

college.server/teacher

And all I want to do is rename it to

juniorcollege.server/teacher

...keeping the same IP and points to the same folder to serve up the website. I use webmin for most of my changes but am very much a linux plus web noob so this has me stumped currently.
