New Video Card

Ok, right now i'm sporten a 512 ram 76 gig hd with radeon 7000 video card. I've lately been playing cs a lot, cal premier for you first person shooter game pplz n stuff. I run around 15-20 fps in games, 10-15 sometimes, 3 in smoke nades. Need to know what kinda video card i can get that's better than a radeon 7000 for around 60-80 bucks that i could buy at comp usa...wall mart..stores like that, radio shack, i have no idea lol. That's why i need the feedback. Oh and i'm planning on playing WoW for sure.

Should i go out and buy a 60-80 dollar one, or save up money and get a radeon 9800 pro or something for 500 next year? lol
