http://www.goodells.net/dellrestore/fixes.htm might help, when I had to do it a while back it was ctrl f11 yes.. but I can't recall exactly when I had to hit it =\

I was always able to find drivers on the dell site
support.dell.com

also,
make sure to install the chipset driver before any others. Atleast with my inspiron, it would never work correctly if the chipset was not installed first.

Ha ya it is. I use a normal install of McAfee here not the whole GD suite. Almost have to sac a goat to get the new line of Mcafee/Norton shit to uninstall.

yar gotta boot into safe mode and unhook it from startup boss. Otherwize it is a pita to get rid of via the uninstaller.
