command to delete temp files

hey guys
i have forgotten the process of goingn in to the start menu and giving the command to delete all of the temp files in my comp. or if there is an easier way, what is it. thanks.

if it's a windows box, you can just right click the drive, click properties then hit the Disk Cleanup button
