230 seems extremely high for a 19"

You can get a 22" Chimei (very highly reviewed) for the same price I believe, or even a samsung.

The fact that it's a bit higher rez than normal 19" probably adds a few bucks to the price. Looks like a decent monitor.

it's not bad

maybe a bit expensive, but it's probably worth the money

(3ish? years ago when I bought all my lcds, I paid like $450 each for matching 17", and 500 for a 19", wuwu)

Do yourself a favor and get a killer 24" LCD. Spend the extra dinero, it's really worth it.

If you're looking for cheap and now, spend 199 and get this 22" Scepter from OD on 12/14 or 12/15

ps

if you're going to game, remember that with lcd's you really need to run at the resolution of the panel, so you better have a gaming rig capable of 1650x1080 resolution

otherwise, you're just wasting your money

unless it's just for text/surfing/movies/etc
then it's all good
