Postby Tikker » Tue Apr 12, 2005 6:16 pm

Picked one of these up for a song, it's a 10/100 managed switch, and I'm itching to get going with it

finally was able to find a 9f to 9f serial roll over cable, and I'm in!

the admin password has been changed, but the security one still works

Anyone have any experience with these?

A long time ago we deployed a ton of these. You can reset both passwords via the hardware, if memory serves.

It has a cool GUI interface as well.

ok, how does the gui thinger work?

I've been able to get in via serial cable/hyperterminal to check out the menu driven one, and actually have it working with my IPTV atm (which shocked the shit out of me, working within 5 minutes of powering up!)
