I think he's had 3 or 4 concussions in a 2 year span with the Rams. His throwing ability has seriously degraded since his thumb needed surgery for an injury. He is fragile, and he's not a person Parcells likes in his regime. I'd take Testeverde one more year with the Cowboys over Kurt Warner.

He's more accurate, took a ton of hits for the Giants without an issue, and is a hell of a lot smarter than Testeverde.

His play this year doesn't back up the 'Fragile' comment.

Bill does like his boys, so I'm not sure if Warner would work, but there isn't a doubt in my mind he'd be a huge upgrade to Vinny.

His thumb seems to still be an issue, but whoever gets him will give him a thorough physical.

Best QB, if he announces his decision to enter the draft, in my opinion is Utah's Alex Smith. He has the size (6'4''), can throw the ball well, and has wheels and athletic ability to monuvure.

Smith may be more athletic than Rogers of Cal, but I think Rogers is the better quarterback. Dont forget Walters from Arizona State. He is pretty good also

If he does, can't be by much.

The extra 2 inches Smith has will help a lot, though.
