they all but steamrolled a shaky (and overrated IMHO) irish team despite some lop-sided penalty calls

Actually he did. He put every pass right on his receivers. Not his fault they can't catch them. The LSU defense was just too fast and the talent disparity was very evident. The ND receivers just couldn't get any separation and LSU challenged the catches.

I was actually a Quinn doubter, but the last 2 games vs. good defenses, he's played very well and his stats aren't as good as they should look due to drops and stuff out of his control.

I want to root for him in the pros but being a Chiefs fan, I just can't if he goes to the Raiders ><

You could definitely see the size, speed, and talent difference there. Weis is a great smoke and mirrors coach, but LSU just lined up and beat them with raw athletic ability.

Quinn made a few boneheaded plays, but the fact NDs D was overmatched is no bearing on him.

Russel looked great last night. If he decides to come out early, he would be a top ten pick.

he played like a good quarterback, which is what he is, i won't argue that-- but a heisman contender? nope.
