Has agreed in principle with ownership and will take the job as head coach of the Miami Dolphins.

He is known for his development of younger players, and he has a brilliant defensive mind, will work wonders in Miami. :boots:

Still think they should have given the head coaching job to Bates. 3-3 with the team since he took over, and the players love him.

Until they get a good Scouting and GM program in place, they will continue to be medicore. Giving complete football control to a college coach is a proven recipe for disaster.
