Ive got to say i was very very surprised by this game. The bears looked amazing. They beat the shit out of the Seahawks last night. Offensivly, defensivly, special teams, psycologically, emotionally. As a Seahawks fan there was not one bright spot of this good ole fashion ass kicking.

Yes they didnt have Shawn Alexander, but i dont think it makes much of a difference. Hasselback looked like shit, the offense had couldnt get anything going.

As good as the Defense of the Bears looked, i have to take off my hat to Rex Grossman. It looks like the Bears FINALLY have a franchise quarterback that they have lacked for almost 2 decades if not more. Grossman made all of the throws he needed to, constantly putting the ball perfectly into his recievers hands. At the moment the Bears are the best team in the NFC for sure, everyone else is playing catch up now. That coming from a HUGE seahawks fan.

On the bright side, this was a game in the first quarter of the year. So its not like the Seahawks were going to win em all anyway. I still think the Seahawks are one of the top teams in teh NFL even after that debacle.

Ya know Tikker, if the Bears can beat the Patriots and The Vikings again they have a good shot at having a perfect season. Seahawks and Patriots are their 2 toughest teams this season. 85 Bears repeat?

No, there will not be an unbeaten team this year. Bears are good, but not that good. Even with an easy schedule like they have, there are too many things that can go wrong week to week. Honestly i dont think we will ever have an unbeatem team again. The dolphins can sit back and relax.

The Patriots kicked the Bengals' asses pretty hard yesterday. It may be tough for the Bears to beat them.

Oh I forgot to mention the Rams too. That'll also be a good game.

Either way, the Bears are looking at an undefeated season if they can beat the Patriots. The rest of the schedule is pretty much a joke.

If the bears can stay healthy they will be undefeated this season. Even tho i would hate to see that but hey some team will do it at some point in time.

As close as the Viking game was in Soldier, I think it might be another gambit in the Metrodome. But yeah, they do have an easy schedule.

There are a TON of Vikings fans in Chicago. I'd say almost half the stadium is Vikings fans.

That game was at the Metrodome, and there were alot of bears fans. Game should still be good at Soldier. Vikings fans are crazy they are all over the place and we have not even won a superbowl ><. But NE should be a good game i still think the bears will whoope that ass tho. I dont like the bears but i hate NE more

I really don't think there are any (any real number) bears fans in MN, or Vike fans in Ill. I think there's just enough of the crazy bastards to travel to conference games. Same for Green Bay.

Well. There may be a lot of Bears fans in WI though. Seems like whenever a fib turns 50 he moves his family up here from shecago out of some misplaced yearning to live in the country.

I give people credit for living in the country. I can't do it... having to drive a freaking hour to get anything, or to do anything isn't my deal. Hats off to those who can.

That's fine. We'd rather you stay in the city. Otherwise, after a while, it isn't the country anymore.
