They will...

By the way... the Bear's D will be too much for Indy. The Pat's D was too much for them last night for the first half - but the unconditioned bastards ran out of steam in the second half and lost the game.

The difference between the Pats and Bears D is that the Bears D can run with the game for its entirty and no run out of gas half way through.

Bears will win.

Im not going to deny the fact that yes, the bears can beat indy. But the NE defense "ran out of steam" as you say because indy controlled the clock for almost 22 of the 30 second half minutes. So yeah, ANY defense including the Bears defense would have crapped out if that happens. It has nothing to do with them being unconditioned, that is just foolish thing to say.

You do realize that while the Bears D was good this year, that statistacally, the NE patriots D was number 2 in points allowed, and number 6 in total yards right? That Defense is nothing to sneeze at, and rendered less points than Chicago did this year.

If you want to blame someone, blame the loss on the offense of the Patriots for not putting up a sustained drive in the second half, aside from one.

Give credit where credit is due. The Colts came out in the second half, with new defensive and offensive schemes, and Bellicheck and co., didnt adjust enough for them.

I am not arguing that at all. Im just pointing out, that NE defense is no slouch at all, and they got 38 points hung on them. By saying that Bears defense is going to be too much for them, is not a valid argument.

It was too painful to see SD lose so I'm not much in the spirit to think about it yet. I guess I'd like to see Chicago win though.

If Indy can shut down the Chicago running game, they'll win easily.

If Chicago can run the football like they did against N.O., it'll be a game. If Chicago puts the game on Rex Grossmans arm, it'll be a blowout.

Also, Chicago doesn't have the weather to help them against a high powered offense, like they did in the Championship game. Indy plays against turnover prone teams much more often than teams in the NFC.

It wouldn't surprise me to see an Indy blowout, or a squeaker, but I expect the Colts to win. The Colts D shutdown Baltimore and KC, much, much better offenses than Chicago. I expect them to be ready to stuff the run and make Rex throw, and everyone knows how that turns out.

I expect Indy to hang 40 points on Chicago. My guess is 40-28.

Both Irsay and Dungy credited God for their win over the Patriots. If God likes the Colts, the Bears have no chance.

COLTS BABY. That was such a great game. That interception in the end made me scream. I was a happy camper.

The Bears are ranked 11th in passing defense overall. Peyton is a passer. It'll be tough. 5th ranked overall defense but most of that is against rushing which is what the Saints were depending on with 2 awesome backs and the weather the way it was in chicago. This is gonna be a much tougher battle for the Bears but I think we'll still overcome. I'll be wearing my Urlacher Jersey. And Helmet. And Jockstrap.

Colts are heavy favorite to win this game. I think they will win but it probably will be a close game.
