Transferring charector to a different account

My roomate just quit WoW and he has a 57 warlock. Is there any way to move his charector from his account to mine?

I know you can do it in EQ.

It would take me a lot longer than a week as I am in a raiding guild and when I am not raiding with my main I am hanging out with my girlfriend.

And I played the warlock more than he did. I tried to get him up to top level when he wasn't playing (which wasn't very often) but he lost intrest and went back to EQ.

I just don't want to pay for two accounts every month.
