I can't imagine many people are so pathetic or masochistic that they're sticking around for any reason other than the guy is apparently this entertaining fairly consistently. If his guild weren't for you, you've probably already gone elsewhere.

Our guild/raid leader is about as laid back as can be, but then, we're a pretty laid back group anyway. If he were to go off on someone, they'd have done something terribly, terribly wrong.
