As topic says. I've still had no luck with getting into beta, although I've only sent one application in off my main email address. I had a long standing battle-net account, but that seems to of been of no infuence. Are some people still getting added at this time?

Im convinced I got invited but my comcast.net email address doesnt exist anymore. And fucking suckass blizzard wont let me update my email address, OR tell me if I have been invited or not...Im in the dark.

Yes, Blizzard should go out of their way to let you update your email address, which is your own fault, because of the very very small chance you actually got invited instead of just inviting one of the couple hundred thousand that still want in.

*I* wanted to update my email address, a simple edit to a fucking database. But these tards are somehow incapable of that kind of support.

The bit about them not being able to tell me if I was accepted or not and just not getting the email because theyre retarded and wont let me update my email account, is a crock of shit. Because I had a concern about comcast email accounts when I still had it. And I had a customer support rep check if I had been invited and missed the email. He did for me, and replied.

Now theyre saying theyre "incapable" of it. Which is a lie. Now stfu.

BTW Ive beta tested probably more games than everyone in this thread combined. And I actually test, not just play like Im sure is what you guys do. Which is mainly the reason I have been accepted and invited into to many beta tests. (even ones I havent applied for, Ive been invited by email)

Umm Finawin, we do "test" there are alot of things we find wrong with the game. Pathing issues in some instances, I just made a whole thread about the aggro of the warlock eye, the way the corpses of murlocs still look alive even after they die, the list could go on and on, so the core of players we play with being Togusa, Goose, Zanchief, Me and TAxx actually do test the game, so get of your soap box before you get a splinter in your toe.

First of all Finawin, I've probably tested more games in the past year than you have in your entire life so fuck off.

Secondly, what makes you think you're so important as for them to worry about what YOU did to YOUR email account. They have more important things to do than to dick around with jackasses who can't even keep their email straightened out. I'm active in the WoW rogue community and I'd like to think I was one of the people who stopped the rogue exploit that they just took out the other day. So why don't you stop being a self-centered jackass for once and realize that it's quite possible that YOU fucked up and not someone else. They have plenty of people who want to test, they don't need a bawl baby like you.

Actually, I can't argue with him there. I don't usually "test" at all and I just generally play for the fun of playing the game before its released.

The thing you don't seem to get is that it stated in the rules when you signed up for beta that you would not be able to change your email address. It is not a live game but a beta. You are not paying for anything; and therefore, they owe you nothing. I'm suprised they wouldn't let you update your email since they've caved into things like this in the past (letting yahoo/hotmail people sign up for instance). Still, it is your problem and not theirs. I imagine they would have slightly more important things to spend their time on.

This is a forum for people that use to play Everquest. You seriously think you've tested more games than everyone in this thread combined?
