I think that they should change Gnomeregan to be listed at 27-37 or something like that. Deeper in, almost all the mobs are level 32-33, never come solo and generally can be a huge pain in the ass.

Uldaman sucks for leveling, except for Troggs.. I'd say if you want to level fast, grind ogres. Duskwood ogres, Steppes, Tanaris, Badlands, etc

Grouping is nice and all, but trust me, grinding is faster.. sure it's different for other classes, but I can grind through a 50+ lvl in a matter of hours if the mobs are humanoid (need cloth for bandages to keep good kill rate)
