I dont really have too much of a hard time getting windfury to proc, Its a 1in 5 chance of a windfury, and you just gotta know when to shock, If im playing agaisnt a caster I usally dont shock often, I drop grounding, then bind and shock at leisure, tremor totem helps as well from sheep etc.
But procing a windfury isnt the big deal you may think it is. and its more of a 1 in 5 chance not 1 in 100.
20% of the time after all.

Peace.

relying on crits is kind of a weaksauce way to go

It'd be like me logging in my EQ rogue and declaring i was the best dueller around cause I could crit for 2200/2200/2200 from time to time

Kadah - it's the combination of a 20% chance of Windfury and then the three crits in a row. It's probably less than a 1% chance. I was being generous.

Given that he's an enhancement-specced shaman, the chance is roughly 1/5000 or .02%

Stabfase one question about the sword built you sent me. In subtlety you say Imp Ambush and opportunity. Now i can understand opportunity if you use Garrote a lot. But Imp Ambush? Don't you think those points would be better spent in Master of Deception, or something else?
Maybe 3 to Opportunity and 5 to mod? I'm using mod now and it's very helpful. My build right now is
Assassination-Malice 5, imp evis 3
Combat-Gouge 3, imp sin strike 1
Subtlety-Master of Deception 5, Camouflage 5, opporunity 3, initiative 5, ghostly strike 1, imp sap 3, preparation 1, hemorrhage 1

And one point into the skill that has a chance to add a combo point 15% of the time after a dodge, Ican't think of the skill name right now. i'm still 45 >< Did a few mar runs last night. i'm going to work on getting some quests done tonight and hitting 46.

Another quest, if you wouldn't mind. I'm 45, done all my quests for Tanaris, Feralas, Badlands, basically everywhere for my level but swamp of sorrows. I'm planning on doing that tonight. All of my quests on my list are elites basically. or level 50-52s. Felwood i hear i should go until 48. Am i going to have to grind in feralas or tanaris for a few levels until 48 and then hit up felwood, or is there somewhere i'm missing? booty bay, stv, everything is done heh.

My crit percentage last I checked was 20% or so.

I rarely windfury without at least 1 crit in there.

.2 x .2 x .2 x .2 = ?

Since you failed out of High school - let me do the math for you:

.0016 or .16%

So, you have 1/5 of 1% chance of landing Windfury and 3 crits after you land a shock.

But hey - you knew that already, right?

I wasn't commenting on that retarded scenario from fuckface over there.

I was commenting that I rarely windfury without at least 1 critical in there. That's it.

If you would get my dick out of your mouth long enough for you to stop obsessing over my every post, you would have read that in the correct context.

First of all, your obsession with me on your dick is enlightening and endearing... yet totally unrealistic. I'm not into fat, gimp, uneducated men.

Secondly, your point, then, is that you weren't contributing to the conversation at hand? Is that the context you were posting in? Because that's about the only other purpose for your comment other than to be supporting Kadah.

as for quests, once i was Honored with my home city and friendly with everywhere else, i stopped questing unless it gave an item i needed so i grinded from about 30ish. So i'd say go grind on the Ogres in tanaris.

20%? Are you sure about that?

Even if it really is 20%, you still have less than a 50% chance to crit during a Windfury trio (48.8% to be precise).

I'd log in to check but that isn't even worth the time.

With an agility potion I am likely above the 20% mark.

What does me not wanting to log into my account to check a number have to do with the validity of the statement?

20% with agility oriented gear is nothing great.

I dont really count on crits, just solid dps with windfury. Thats all, I have no problem with putting out solid dps with resurgance staff, But thats my playstyle. Basing on what enhancement and then elemental combat I have spec'd I think I have a pretty solid dps class. It could get better and I will see as I hit 50+ and start getting into the real high end.

Till then for pvp I dont do too shabby.
