Are there any certian diet pills or something of the sort that is good to take while dieting and working out? I am taking a multi vitamin but wasnt sure if I should take diet pills or stuff to boost my metabolism.

I'm curious about the pros and cons of Hydroxicut as well. I keep hearing it's crazy bad for you.

Inside each person lives two wolves. One is loyal, kind, respectful, humble and open to the mystery of life. The other is greedy, jealous, hateful, afraid and blind to the wonders of life. They are in battle for your spirit. The one who wins is the one you feed.

Oh shiz how did I miss this sorry

Ok I'll give you a full run down on different pills tomorrow - there are a couple new ones out that people are all about ( the next big thing, i have been trying to find medical research on to find out the current side effects)

as for a quick and dirty run down -

these pills do hardly anything for the most part - most roughly burn about 3500 extra calories a month ( 1 lb a month ) they do tho help with energy IE pre work out they are excellent

trim spa is different this one curbs your appatite - thoug hnot very much from what I have heard.

I'm curious about Chromium Picolinate (sp). Any benefits from using it at all? I've used it in the past but recently heard some pretty bad things about.

Chromium hasn't really been proven to do much by itself. It 'is supposed' to raise ones metabolism, but it only does it when combined in fat burners - by itself it really does nothing. Along with that it has had some bad side effects atttributed to it in rare cases.

Deer Velvet which is very hard to find is awesome - it is a item used for years by some of the best power lifters in the world as a recovery supplement - ( all natural). It does a great job of rebuilding fibers I have a friend that is working with it in hopkins hospital to research it's affect on rebuilding muscle in extreme circumstances (ie MD)

New Zeland Colustrum is fucking great. I have tried this 2 times - both times I have been beyond impressed. This is the best supplement on the market imo outside of multivitamins and the occasional protien. This pill is basically breast milk ( from a cow - but DNA wise almmost exactly teh same as human). This pill helps clear out the lower intestin by breaking down food with in the body at a better rate - along wit hthat it breaks down food that is stuck there. By breaking down the foods it helps the body get nutrition at a better rate than previously- it is basically a detox pill - as you will beak out the first week or so until it balances out your body chemistry - it's effects are muscle growth and increased metabolism.

Glutamine - well everyone should take this reguardless of if you are working out or not. It basically helps protect your bones and joints, thus making you a stronger person.
