Ok so I havent done incline in a few weeks so I do it today for 45 mins. I get off and my legs wont stop twitching? What is wrong with me? This didnt happen when I first started incline :dunno:

it's just a muscle reaction after working- it happens involuntarily, it's not a big deal.
