I take a lot of pills during the day...
(no not xanex or ritalin)
I have my multivitamin's, herbal energy pills (ginko, ginseng etc), ZMA for recovery, and of course your standard Ron Jeremy Penis Enlargement Pills, which I must say are doing a hell of a job since I'm pushing 3 inches...
Ok seriously,
I exercise in the mornings...
Followed by a protein/creatine/glutamine/vitamin enhanced shake. I also have a protein shake before bed.
When should I take my multivitamins? What about extra Vit C? What about herbal energy/mental enhancement supplements?
Can I just take all these at once or will that reduce the effectivness of them?
Also what brand of multi vitamin or multi pill vitamin packet should I take?
I have heard the GNC Mens Gold or whatever brand is pretty decent..
Any help here would be appreciated. I am super busy and need to keep this simple but effective.
