I have been wanting to increase my muscle mass by a good 15lb's, I have found out that I will need each of these this much daily.

Calories - 3500

Protein - 350 grams

Carbs - 400 grams

Fat - 150 grams

Im not to worried about calories, carbs, and fat's I can pretty easily get them and im proly gonna try to drink some raw egg whites. I have heard of the stuff about salmonella but it is only in 1-30,000 egg's and you can usually know which egg it is by the smell and color of the egg. Proly gonna go buy a whey protein shake, but any other idea's on what to eat to gain the 350 grams?

Chicken
There are pasturized egg whites you can buy, no worry at all about salmonella.

Eggs, chicken, lean beef, FISH!!!!, whey, turkey, etc....

You'll be surprised on how much you actually have to eat when you start to eat healthy to get a calorie goal of 3500+
