So on Tuesday I was benching and I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my shoulder on the last set and I almost dropped the weight on my head.
It turns out I now have a slight rip in my rotator cuff... FUCK
On top of that while I was getting out of the shower yesterday I slipped and fell and tweaked the hell out of my hip....
I’m falling apart and I cant go to the gym now.... the gym gods hate me.
