I will post some of my fav recipes and if you want to, you can do the same.

Peanut Butter Cup pudding.

1 sugar free fudge bar
2 table spoons of cool whip free
1 table spoon of all natural peanut butter

Melt the fudge bar in microwave for 5- 10 seconds, slide it off the stick and add the peanut butter and cool whip and mix together. This will kick your sweet craving without being unhealthy. Tastes just like a peanut butter cup.

Np Araby :boots:

Made a YUMMY wrap for lunch

1 big leaf of lettuce
3 slices of tomato
1 tsp fat free mayo
1 hard boiled egg (sliced)
1 slice fat free cheese
2 slices of turkey bacon

Put the lettuce down first, then bacon, cover bacon with mayo, then add tomato, egg and cheese. ;)

Oh yeah, and wrap the thing up like a burrito

I never eat seafood either. You can still make a ton of stuff. Does he have issues with Lactose or is it that he really just doesn't like dairy? Lots of Lactose free products out there you can use. Also, Dana and I many times just end up doing our own meals. I would say 3/4ths of the time he makes his own meal and I make my own meal. We also are not binded by the clock. We both eat every 3 hours and sometimes he even does more than that when he burns more calories in workouts. If we are on different eating schedules for that day for some reason or another we don't feel obligated to eat at the same time when we get home. It's nice to eat together but it isn't something we have to do.

Darc - Tell Gidan I said hi. I have not talked to him in ages. Tell him I miss our old TFS days when were the first real organized TFS recruiting officers!

Stacy
He waved and smiled. Chuckled at your post.
He will drink milk in his coffee (no cream or half and half or antyhing) but he will not eat cheese because it upsets his stomach. He will eat parmasan though, so I think it might be that he doesnt like the tastes and makes himself sick in his mind? Who knows.

Cute story: The only way his mom could get him to drink milk as a child was to put chocolate syrup in it and call it Chocolate Juice.

okay y'all are going to think i'm nuts, but it's low carb, so have an open mind.

CHEESY YUM SNACKS

take one slice of colby cheese and spread on some philadelphia whipped cream cheese (any flavor but i recommend mixed berry or cinnamon & brown sugar).

it's sweet, but not too sweet, and only has about 2 carbs (provided you don't use a shit ton of cream chz)
