4/20 (word up to my stoner friends)
first 10 min I did intervals of jump rope 1 min on, 30 second rest /repeat
Seconds 10 min I did 30 second jump ropes followed by 4 laps around the aerobics room ( rougly 30 yards by 20 yards) then a 20 swecond rest after
last 10 min I did 30 second jump ropes followed by room sprints with backwards jogs x 4 then resting for 30 seconds.
Forworkout I did transverse Lunges with Box jumps and one leg deadlifts. 4 times.
leg ext /Hamstring Curls / ballet squats
20 yard 50% incline sprints
4 rounds of 2 min drills for boxing.
ate like shit but I really was in a shitty mind set
