You could probably get a pretty big batch of charges out of this along the lines of negligence, alchohol to a minor, maybe even attempted murder ( who wants 6 kids,let alone 7? ccc;P )

why? Alcohol travels straight to the fetus. If the kid has a BAC when he is downloaded seems like alcohol to a minor in my book.

They probably arrested her for child neglect because she was drunk and therefore left the other kids on their own.

but still if the kid is intoxicated upon birth wouldnt you consider alc to a minor? I mean it had to come form somewhere? wait...MOM!!!!
