I celebrate on the 24th. Theologians actually think that Christ's birthday was most likely around March or April.

So why do you celebrate on the 24th, then?

What's special about that day

We just feel like it. Why do you celebrate Christmas on the 25th?

That is what it's called when you abandon previously made claims in the face of contrary evidence rather than addressing it.

Ok, you really are dumb.

Hey look, Mindia's resorted to insults when unable to respond to the content of a discussion. Not really surprising, save for the elapsed time. I'd have figured even you could hold out longer than a handful of posts. I mean surely you have some evidence to support your claims, right? Go ahead, present it...

And rosary beads aren't magical... they're mystical. Especially cool ones with rubber bands instead of wire/string for the beads - because not only do they grant wishes, but you can pop your buddy in the back of the head with them too!

Mindia - you forgot to bring up how Catholics are actually worshiping 3 Egyptian gods. How could you forget that little bit of propag.. *cough* FACT?

I'm disappointed in you... you're letting your seething Catholic hate commentary slip.

I just spent $4 on this Chai, hope my monitor enjoys it.

It was an honest question

"We just feel like it" was your answer - that's fine, makes no sense, but whatever.

I asked, Sus, because he's claiming Catholics celebrate paganistic rituals. Jesus's birthday is not on December 25th, rather it was the day that pagans celebrated the sun. Celebrating Jesus's birthday months away from his true birthday and conveniently on the day pagans celebrate would also be paganistic, from what I can tell.

I find it humorous that the link Mindia provides discussing Jesus' birth day uses "xmas" instead of "Christmas".

The term "xmas" was adopted for those people who don't want to assimilate a holiday with Christ due to their personal beliefs.

Oh and Mindia - the Pope is watching you - he's going to punish you for your heresy and sins. Hiding behind your cultist Adventist church won't save you from the wrath of St. Peter.

I'm going right now to go pray to St. Mary to smite you with her awesome powers. Then I'll ask Isis to drown you with the milk from her 20 breasts.

Yeah. You're in for it now.

I heard stories about Mindia when I joined the nameless long ago in wow. After reading many threads here, I have came to the conclusion fossils weren't put on earth to test your faith, people like Mindia are. If you can put up with spending an eternity with him, you must be really forgiving. To save Mindia some time, I will try to create his response to me ahead of time:

Wow, that's very original. And fossils were put on earth? Wow, that's quite a concept.

it was in reference to an earlier post where someone mentioned fossils where perhaps fossils were placed here to test the faith. I have also heard this theory elsewhere.
