The bubble is bursting. Fucking awesome. One thing about living in the Bay Area, you grow to fucking hate overnight real estate millionaires. I have no quarrels with overnight success, but seriously, it's common that people who become wealthy overnight assume that you have to play the role by being a complete cocksucker and that everything they say is right because they have super awesome business sense from taking a 2 semester course doing the same thing everyone else in Marin and Contra Costa county is doing.
