well, in all fairness - it's not possible to just fly a different airplane at that point. if you're already on the plane you can't very well hop off and choose to ride a different flight, it doesn't really work that way

Gyps thats why i said if possible. in this situation you would have to tolerate it and just not fly that airline again.

this could work the otherway also. People may not want to be told what they can and cannot wear on a plane and boycott it.
