    seriously dude

he has 0 experience running a country, it's WAY too early to call him competent

He does come across as well spoken, intelligent guy tho, which is a lot more than can be said for shrub, and probably more than for Clinton (who just came across as charismatic as hell)

Gee. You could say that about basically every president we've ever elected (maybe not Jefferson, Adams and a few others)... "Zero experience at running a country." One day after he's elected...

    Not quite true.
    Obama doesn't have much experience.
His roles in the senate were not ones of leadership, nor were they ones of huge policy making.

I have no doubt that he will learn as the years pass and hopefully he will be seen as a solid president who can run for a second term, but right now he has minuscule experience which will be supplanted by the experience of a strong staff and VP.

Actually, Governors have hands on experience. Their executive office experience is as close to presidency experience as they come. As for Arlos' comment about competency, your comments are as biased as Mindia's shit talking. The difference is that the majority of the board like you, and agree with one thing with you, Obama being President-elect. Other than that, you're pretty much a Clooney-DiCaprio ass muncher. These are both the two right guys at the wrong time. McCain's time was in 2000 and we the American people in hindsight dropped the ball on that. The difference between the two, one inspired while the other did not. This country feels we need to be inspired, and I'm ok with that, as long as Obama stays more center with his politics than he previously had.

He didn't say "executive experience," and neither did I. Sure, I got what he meant but it's more fun to poke at those blanket statements.

The worst part of him being elected so far is the afro americos around here. Ive been hearing it everywhere I go today. I had to go by wal mart after work and it was in every fucking aisle. (I went to the one downtown, unfortunately)

hat naz white folk! We gots uz a black pwesident nah! What nah mu fuckaz! We gotz yo shit nah! Its ah tun to get owz backs fwon the yearz yo put uz down! Fuck yo white folkz crackas! Whatchu want nah son! Whatchu want! We gots uz a niggah nah in da house nah yo!

Well guess what buddy, that guy that got elected is not one of you. Hes a well educated guy who can actually talk. You, guy, are still, and always will be, a worthless drug slinging nig.

That, and his universal health care shit. how does that work exactly? Can anyone give me a brief summary or something? I really dont feel like looking it up and dont really care to. Is he really wanting to give it to EVERYONE? Fuck, I believe anyone who WORKS and puts an effort to support themselves (whether its flipping fries at McDonalds or running a major company) deserves to have health care. But the worthless check leeches that always seem to have an excuse to why they cant get a job and need that check, do, fucking, not.
So can someone break what he wants to do down for me real fast? In normal peoples terms, not huge political term shit.

Its not my fault Wal Mart has everything you want in one place so cheap. Thats why everyone is there from all walks of life! As much as I dont like them pushing out all the local stores, or trying to at least, sometimes, its just easier to just go there than running to 3 different stores for a few things~

Its even fun to go to wal mart at like midnight or 1am, you can see some weird shit goin on there. Craaaaazy fucking people running round.
