Not saying they don't need some bolts tightend but I'm of the opinion the mind can in fact heal. No it won't grow an arm back but I do think medicine is not the only method to heal terminal illness.

I'd go so far to say that pesimists(sp) or negative thinkers tend to be sick more often than optimists (wonder if that study has ever been done ).
