I say convict the little fuckers then execute them. Yes, I said execute. I know many here oppose the idea of the death penalty, but hey, we put them to death now and be done with it - or wait 15 years till they're out of prison and kill someone else for no reason - THEN put them down.

Really though. As much to the left I lean on a lot of issues - the death penalty is not one of them. I have no problems with putting teenagers to death. We have an over population problem as is... fry 'em.
